Plug in the USB cable for your printer and go into device manager. Right click it and extract the datacab to your desktop (or where ever you want). 'PS_AIO_06_C4700_USW_Full_Win_enu_140_175' I use 7-zip for my zip files, but winzip works fine. The file I grabbed looks like this, but yours may look different depending on your OS. So I downloaded the installer I needed from the HP website for my OS which is a datacab(zip file). Ok here is how i fixed this issue thanks to Roinboin's post, I will just elaborate a bit more on it.
